Water Access Program

The Water Access Program created a solid ground for Nyot Kok Foundation to be introduced the to international NGOs operating in South Sudan by addressing one of the most critical needs in the humanitarian sector—water access. WASH programs are a primary focus for international aid, by prioritizing this area, the foundation demonstrated its commitment to meeting the core humanitarian needs of South Sudanese communities and introduced itself as an active self-funded NGO.

Bringing Clean Water to Rock City, South Sudan

Access to safe drinking water is a critical challenge in Rock City, Juba. Our Water Access Program is changing lives by building a sustainable water well that now serves around 400 people.

This project began with listening to the community—local leaders and residents helped shape a plan focused on long-term impact and environmental care. Working with trusted partners, we ensured the well meets rigorous technical and environmental standards. Beyond construction, we empower the community with training on water conservation and well maintenance to protect this vital resource for years to come.

Clean water means better health, more time for education and work, and renewed hope for families. Your support can help us expand this life-changing work to more communities in need.

Join us in making clean water a reality for all.
